Complex aromas of blueberry, strawberry, violets, chocolate & roasted coffee. Full-bodied with fine-grained tannins & elegant structure. Rich flavors of black fruits, spice, tobacco & vanilla oak. Long, persistent finish. From 50+ year old organic vines. Perfect with rack of lamb, duck or ribeye steak
